Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland UK and most postcodes), USA, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.
As we grow, we plan to add more regions. Any new countries or regions available for delivery will be clearly listed in the dropdown menu at checkout.
Processing Times
Order processing time: We usually process and prepare orders for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
During very busy periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas or major promotions), processing may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will communicate this clearly on the site.

Shipping Costs
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address, before you confirm payment.
We frequently offer free shipping promotions. Any active free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.
Dispatch & Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven't received this email within 3 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbor, or leave a card with re-delivery instructions.
Note: If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, a re-delivery fee may apply to send it out again.
